Archo tracking alerts help teams respond to operational events configured in the Archo web app.

Examples

Examples include empty shelf alerts, help requests, equipment status events, button presses, switch activations, sensor events, location events, and site tracking alerts.

SMS Consent

When a user configures an SMS alert rule, the user enters the recipient mobile phone number, reviews the alert message, actively checks the SMS consent checkbox, and saves the alert rule. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected.
