When a user configures SMS alerts, we may collect the recipient mobile phone number and alert message configuration needed to deliver those alerts.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Archo features, authenticate users, operate tracking automations, send requested alerts, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support users. SMS phone numbers are used to send operational alerts requested by the user, such as notifications when a configured tracking button, sensor, switch, or alert rule is triggered.

SMS Alerts

Archo SMS alerts are opt-in operational messages. Message frequency varies based on the automations configured by the user and the activity of connected tracking devices. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process SMS data only as needed to deliver and support the requested messages.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Archo, including cloud hosting, authentication, messaging delivery, analytics, support, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Archo, or the public.
